Do you have too many cars in Grand Theft Auto 5 and want to get away with some of them? It is not possible to sell cars in single player mode, but it can be done in GTA Online. In our article, you will learn how such a sale takes place.
Steps
Step 1. Open GTA Online
Launch the game and then press the Options or Menu button on your controller or Esc on your computer to open the in-game menu. Select "Online" from the menu on the right to go to Grand Theft Auto Online.
If you play on Playstation 4 or Xbox One, you will need a Playstation Plus or Xbox Live subscription to play online
Step 2. Select the character you want to play
Characters available in multiplayer mode are different from characters in story mode. Use the arrow keys to select a character, then press X on Playstation, A on Xbox, or Enter on your computer. You will join an online game.

Step 3. Find a car that you will then sell
Walk around the city, find the car you want to sell and steal it. You can also take a car from your garage.
Regular cars can be sold for $ 1000-2000, and sports cars can be sold for up to $ 9000. When you find a suitable vehicle, get in and drive
Step 4. Get to Los Santos Customs
This is a game garage for car tuning and modification. It is marked on the map with a spray paint icon. There are two such garages in the GTA - one in Los Santos and the other in Harmony.
Cars can only be sold in GTA Online. If you are playing without a multiplayer connection, you will not have this option
Step 5. Enter the garage
When you get to the garage, park the car in front of its gates - they will open. Drive into the garage. Its menu will appear on the screen.
Be aware that if the police are looking for you, the garage door will not open
Step 6. Select Sell
This is one of the options on the menu that will open when you drive into the garage. Use the arrows to highlight Sell. To select this option, press "X" on Playstation, "A" on Xbox, or "Enter" on PC.
Step 7. Click Sell again
This will confirm your desire to sell the car and it will be sold. The proceeds will be added to the total amount of your cash, which is displayed in the upper right corner of the screen.
