Method 1 of 2: How to Get the Snowpoint Temple Pass
Step 1. Defeat 8 Stadium Leaders
You need to defeat Roark, Gardenia, Crusher Wake, Fantina, Byron, Candice and Volkner to get the National Pokédex. The National Pokédex is required to enter the temple.
Step 2. Defeat the Elite Four in the Pokémon League
To upgrade your Pokedex to National, you must defeat the Insect, Earth, Fire, and Psychic Champions.
Step 3. Defeat Pokémon League champion Cynthia
After defeating Cynthia, you will wake up in your home. Your mom will congratulate you on your victory.
Step 4. Check your Sinnoh Region Pokedex
After defeating all trainers, you should have seen all 150 Pokémon, thereby completing your Pokedex. If you have a few Pokémon missed, go back and find the trainers you missed.
- You don't have to catch all 150 Pokémon, you just need to see them.
- If you are playing the Platinum version then you should see 210 Pokémon.
Step 5. Return to Professor Rowan's lab when you have completed your Pokedex
He will give you a national Pokedex. You will now be allowed to enter the Temple in Snowpoint, where you can fight the legendary Pokémon Regigigas.
Step 6. Go to Snowpoint and try to enter the temple
The temple is located at the northernmost point of the Sinnoh region. A coach standing near the door will try to keep you from entering the temple, but then Snowpoint Stadium leader Candice will appear and tell you you can go inside!
Method 2 of 2: Awakening Regigigas
Step 1. Make sure that your group has Regirok, Regais and Registil
Trade with a friend or transfer them from Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald games. Without them, you will not be able to fight Regigigas. You must also have:
- Strong Pokemon (preferably Brelum or Parasect)
- 40 and more duskballs
Step 2. Go to level B5F where you will find the statue of Regigigas
When you approach the statue, Regigigas will awaken and you can fight him. This is a strong Pokémon, but it has the Slow Start ability, so spend the first five rounds to reduce its attack and speed.
- Be sure to save before starting the battle. If Regigigas wins, you run out of Poké Balls, or if you kill him, restart your console and try again.
- If you defeat him without first saving, you will need to defeat the Champion again for Regigigas to appear again.
