The three Regis are Regirock, Regice and Registeel. This article will show you how to catch 3 Regis in the Pokemon Sapphire / Ruby versions of the game.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Access Regis
Step 1. You must put Relicanth at the head of your team, and the Wailord at the end, and your Pokémon must be proficient in the Dive, Surf, and Dig skills
Step 2. Go to Pacifidlog Town and surf on the left side of the town as you go
Stay at the bottom of the stream.
Step 3. At the end of the trip, you will see a diving site
To get into it, you may need several tries. Then use Dive. Follow the route until you see a wall with text on it. If you read it, the text in Braille reads "use Dive here".
Step 4. Now you are in a place called the Sealed Chamber
Go to the end of the Sealed Chamber, where you will find a wall. This may seem like a dead end, but if you press the A button, it will display in Braille, "Use Dig Here". Stay facing the wall while picking a Pokémon that Dig can use. If done correctly, the wall will begin to crumble, freeing up a passageway through which you must go to continue the mission.
Step 5. With Relicanth set as the first Pokémon in your party and Wailord as the last, go to the end of the next room where you will see another wall
It reads, "Relicanth comes first. Wailord enters last." install Relicanth first and Wailord last. After fulfilling this condition, press A, after which an earthquake will occur. An opening appears, which indicates the opening of three doors. For this to happen, you may need to read the Braille text first.
Method 2 of 2: Regis Locations
Step 1. Regice
Fly to Petalburg City and head west. Using Surf, head southwest until you come across an island. Cross it and head north, where you will find a cave. Enter the cave and then read Braille. It says: Stand exactly 2 minutes in front of the Braille not moving at all. The door will open after fulfilling this requirement. Go inside and find Regice.
Step 2. Registeel
Fly to Fortree City. Walk east, then south, then west. Continue south, then east, then south, then north, where you will find a cave. Enter the cave and read Braille. It says: Go to the middle of the cave and then use Fly. After that, the door will open. Go inside and find Registeel.
Step 3. Regirock
Travel to the Desert above Mauville City and then search for a cave in the area. It should be located at the bottom of the desert. After finding it, go inside, where you will read Braille. It says: Walk 2 steps to the right, then 2 steps down, then use Strength. After that, the door will open. Go inside and find Regirock. Step 4. Names of the Caves.

Advice
- To find the Regi Crypt, look for a large stone surrounded by six smaller ones arranged in a circle.
- Reduce the Regice / Regirock / Registeel vitality to the red line, and then use the Sleep / Burn / Confuse / Paralysis / Freeze / Poison skill, after which it will be much easier for you to catch the Pokémon. However, keep in mind that burning, confusing, and poisoning can knock out a Pokémon before you can catch it.
- If you play Pokemon Diamond / Pearl and are defeated in the Pokemon League, you can import your 3-Regis into Diamond / Pearl. Next, head to Snowpoint Temple, which houses the legendary Pokémon Regigigas at the bottom. You must have all 3 Regis in your party or it won't budge. Regigigas is level 1 if it's a Pokemon Platinum game, and level 70 if it's a Pokemon Diamond or Pearl, so get ready! The best thing to do in these cases is with Dusk and Timer Balls.
- Obtain 3 Regis before engaging the Elite Four; it will help you a lot.
Warnings
- All 3 Regis are level 40 Pokémon, so prepare the appropriate Pokémon for battle.
- You only have one try to capture the Regis, so save your game before approaching them. If you accidentally knock him out, you can restart the game and try again.
- Avoid using the Master Ball. They make it harder to catch Pokémon.
