Steps
Method 1 of 3: DVD or Blu-ray Disc
Step 1. Turn on your PS3
Step 2. Log in (if necessary)
Step 3. Insert the DVD or Blu-ray disc into the console
Step 4. Play the movie
This usually happens automatically; if not, go to the "Video" section of the XMB menu, select the desired movie and press the "X" button.
Method 2 of 3: Netflix
Step 1. Turn on your PS3
Step 2. Log in to the PS3 Network
Step 3. Install Netflix
Step 4. Create / set up an account
Step 5. Enter the given bank card (even if you get 1 month of free use)
Step 6. Select a movie and play it
Step 7. Have fun watching your movie
Method 3 of 3: USB Flash Drive
Step 1. Insert the movie flash drive into the console
Step 2. Turn on your PS3
