Steps
Method 1 of 2: Deleting a Profile

Step 1. Open Settings
Press the Guide button on your controller (the X button in the center of your controller). Open the Settings section and select System.

Step 2. Open the Storage
A list of devices will appear. Select All Devices. A list of categories will appear.

Step 3. Open the Game Profiles option
It will be at the top of the list. You will see all the profiles installed on the device.

Step 4. Delete the profile
Select the profile to be deleted. Press the A button. A new menu appears with the Delete Profile option. When you click Delete, two options will appear. Delete the profile, but keep all data and saved games, or delete everything completely.
If you want to free up more space and do not need the data saved on this profile, delete everything together
Method 2 of 2: How to download a profile

Step 1. Press the Guide button on your controller (X button)
A window with the Download profile option will open. If there is no such option, then you need to exit to the main menu, press X to exit.

Step 2. Log in to your profile
Enter your Microsoft profile information. Those. the email address you used to sign up for Xbox LIVE, your Hotmail address, and other Windows services. After you enter all the information, you will need to enter a password.
- Microsoft's profile used to be called Windows Live ID. Now they are the same thing.
- If you have a Child profile, you will have to enter your parents' contact details.

Step 3. Choose a location for the data
Profiles are usually stored on your hard drive.
When you select a folder to save the data, the profile will start downloading to your computer. Wait for the download to finish

Step 4. Select the Remember password option if you want
If you do not check this option, you will have to enter a password each time you log into your profile.
