Additional post-release content is streamed through Xbox Live and is becoming popular as an industry trend. The ability to purchase this additional downloadable content, also known as DLC, extends the gameplay experience and allows players to engage in different editions of the game. In this article, we'll show you how to add DLC to your Xbox 360 so you can enjoy every game you buy to the fullest.
Steps

Step 1. Turn on your TV and Xbox 360 console

Step 2. Make sure your Xbox is connected to the Internet via an Ethernet cable or wireless adapter

Step 3. Log into your profile of the game with which you want to access the DLC
- Press the Xbox Guide button located in the center of the controller if you need to switch profiles.
- The blue button (X) allows you to log out of the profile to connect to another corresponding profile.

Step 4. Press the left stick to navigate to the Marketplace page

Step 5. Press the green "A" button to go to the game

Step 6. Using the left stick select "DLC and Extras"

Step 7. Find the game to which you want to download the DLC by selecting "Titles A-Z" and pressing the green button "A"
- Select the first letter of the game name and scroll through the list of suggested games.
- Once you find the game, press the green "A" button to select and check out the information about the available DLCs.
- Click on the green "A" button to select the DLC.

Step 8. Confirm the download by selecting the appropriate option and pressing the green "A" button
If your account does not have enough Microsoft Points, then you can select the "Add Points" option

Step 9. Wait for the add-ons to download to your Xbox 360 hard drive
