How to Throw a Great Party in The Sims 3

The Sims parties are really fun. Parties are a great way to make friends, boost your mood, and even fulfill a few of your goals. Read on to find out how to throw a great party.

Steps

Step 1. Press on the phone and select "Throw a party" or "Throw a party at …"

If you want to throw a party away from your home, then select "Throw a party at …" and choose the place where you want to host it. You may have to pay for exclusive access. This is especially good when you don't want anyone else to show up at a public event. Be sure to choose good spots! A community park, pool, or nightclub (for Sims 3 Late Night users) is a good location for a party.

Step 2. Invite your boyfriend / girlfriend, best friends and acquaintances

By inviting employees, you will help yourself with your work. The more people the better!

Step 3. Don't forget to serve food

You can either prepare it yourself in advance, or buy it at the buffet. Remember to pay 250 Simoleons to serve food from the buffet. On the plus side, the buffet serves very high quality food like fall salad, turkey and biscuits. If you want, you can buy a bar and prepare drinks, or hire a bartender to make them for you (for Sims 3 Late Night users).

Step 4. You can also ask your Sim from your family to play the instrument

When guests come, have him or her play something. Most Sims love it when music is playing nearby.

• If there is no one in your family who is familiar with music, then buy a stereo system. This will provide you with music that your guests can dance to and have fun!

Step 4. Prepare a room for those who will not go home

To do this, you should know the limits of your Sim and others. Some are having fun all the time, while others will leave after the first song.

Step 5. When most of the guests have fallen asleep or left the party, turn off the music

You must do this if you don't want to wake them up and find everyone on the dance floor again.

Step 6. Take a shower or bath

A bathroom is desirable, as this will relax your Sim more.

Step 7. Eat if necessary

You may not need to, and if you eat something else, you might vomit.

Step 8. Go to sleep

This is very important if you don't want your Sim to die. Step 9. When you wake up, you will have to clean up all the damage.

Damage cleaning consists of the following:

• Kick everyone out, and I mean everyone. If they refuse, kick them out the door or kill them. Of course, it's better to kick them out, but you can kill them if you don't want to see them anymore.
