In this article, we will teach you how to share your Google Calendar with a specific person (using their email address) or any user.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: How to give access to a specific person

Step 1. Open Google Calendar in a web browser
To do this, go to
- If you are not automatically signed in to your account, enter your Google Account email address and password.
- You will not be able to provide access to the Calendar in the mobile application.

Step 2. Move your mouse over the desired calendar
All of your calendars will appear in the My Calendars section in the left pane.

Step 3. Click on the ⋮ icon next to the calendar name
A menu will open.

Step 4. Select Settings & Sharing from the menu
A new page will open the settings for the selected calendar.

Step 5. Click + Add Users in the Individual User Access section
A pop-up window will appear.

Step 6. Enter the email address of the person you want to share the calendar with
Enter the address in the "Add a name or email address" field.
If you want, select the person you want from the list that appears as you type the person's name

Step 7. Open the Permissions menu
You will find it under the email address field.

Step 8. Select one of the following options
- Access only to information about free time
- Access to all event details
- Changes to events
- Making changes and granting access

Step 9. Click Submit
The selected user will be sent an invitation with which they will have access to your calendar.
Method 2 of 2: How to give access to any user

Step 1. Open Google Calendar in a web browser
To do this, go to

A menu will open.

Step 4. Select Settings & Sharing from the menu
A new page will open the settings for the selected calendar.

Step 5. Check the Make public box
You will find this option under the Access Permissions section.

Step 6. Click OK
From now on, any user will have access to the calendar.

Step 7. Click Turn on link access
You will find this option under the Access Permissions section.

Step 8. Click Copy Link in the pop-up window
The link to the calendar will be copied to the clipboard.

Step 9. Paste the link to share it
Paste the link into an email, post on a social network, or send it to someone.
