Method 1 of 3: By phone
Step 1. Call 1-866-579-7172. 2 Get a service tag for faster service
Log in to your account, scroll down the page, click "Contact us" and then click "Call us". You will be provided with a service code to enter, as well as an estimated waiting time.
Method 2 of 3: Via the mobile app
Step 1. Launch the Netflix app
Click the red "N" icon on a black background.
Log in if necessary
Step 2. Tap ☰ in the upper left corner
Step 3. Click Call Help Center at the bottom of the menu
Step 4. Tap Call Us
You will be connected to a Netflix Help Center representative.

Method 3 of 3: Via chat
Step 1. Go to https://www.netflix.com in your web browser
If you haven't logged in yet, click Sign in and then enter your email address and password
Step 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
Step 3. Tap Contact us
Step 4. Scroll down and click Start live chat
A dialog box appears with a list of common problems.
Step 5. Click Tell us what your issue is at the bottom of the dialog box
Step 6. Enter your reason for contacting Netflix
Step 7. Click on Start Chat
You will be connected to a Netflix Help Center representative.
