Step 1. Go to https://www.amazon.com on the computer that logged into Amazon
Also, use the same web browser that you used to log into Amazon.
For example, if you are logged into Amazon using Internet Explorer, you also need to sign out of your account in Internet Explorer
Step 2. Move your mouse over the "Accounts and Lists" tab
You will find it on the right side of the menu bar at the top of the screen. “Hello, [your name]” appears above the tab.
Step 3. Select “Not [your name]?
