When you browse the Internet, you may come across sites written in foreign languages, especially if you are planning a trip abroad or want to read about your favorite foreign team. There are several online tools that can be used to translate web pages for free, including Google Translate, Bing Translator, Google Chrome browser, and Firefox add-ons.
Steps
Method 1 of 4: Google Translate

Step 1. Open the Google Translate website by going to the address
translate.google.com/.

Step 2. Paste the URL of the page you want to translate into the text box

Step 3. In the panel on the right, select the language into which you want to translate the page
For example, if you want the page to be translated into Russian, select "Russian".

Step 4. Click "Translate"
Google Translate will translate the page into the selected language.
Method 2 of 4: Bing Translator

Step 1. Open the Bing Translator website by going to
www.bing.com/translator.

Step 2. Paste the URL of the page you want to translate into the text box on the left

Step 3. In the drop-down menu on the right, select the language into which you want to translate the page
For example, if you want to translate the page into Russian, select "Russian".

Step 4. Click "Translate"
Bing Translator will translate the page into the specified language.
Method 3 of 4: Google Chrome Browser

Step 1. Launch Google Chrome and open the page you want to translate
Chrome automatically detects sites written in a foreign language and prompts the user to translate those pages into their native language.

Step 2. Click "Translate" in the upper right corner, under the address bar
Chrome will translate the webpage into the language you use to view sites.
Method 4 of 4: Firefox browser add-ons

Step 1. Launch Mozilla Firefox

Step 2. Open the menu and select "Add-ons" to open the Add-ons window in a new tab

Step 3. Click Get Add-ons on the left side of the Add-ons window, then enter "translation" into the search field
A list of translator add-ons will be displayed on the screen.

Step 4. Click on "Details" to find out more information about each add-on
Here are some well-established translator add-ons for Firefox: Google Translator by nobzol, Translate This by Bradley Rosenfeld, translator by Byron Adams, and Fast Translation by Tomek Wasiak.

Step 5. Click "Install" and then follow the instructions on the screen to install the add-on to your browser
When the add-on is installed, a Translate button will appear at the top of Firefox.

Step 6. Open the page you want to translate and then click on the "Translate" button
The installed add-on will translate the page to the browser's default language.
