Part 1 of 3: Launch a website / blog

The best Amazon affiliates are blogs or websites that have links to Amazon and have quality content. Start one of the following sites:

Step 1. Go to affiliate-program.amazon.com
Please read the information carefully before registering. Before opening an account, you must understand what products are right for you, how to place links, and how to make a profit.
Amazon Affiliates provides ad placement fees, or commissions, which vary by product type. Ad placement fees can also increase after clicks make more than 6 purchases each month
Step 2. When you're ready to get started, click on the "Join Now for Free" button
Step 3. Register using your username and password from Amazon
Select from the list your official address where payments will be received, or enter it manually.
Step 4. Fill in your website, traffic and monetary information
You will be asked to enter the addresses of all your sites where you will link to Amazon. Please authenticate before proceeding.
Step 5. Start browsing products on Associates Central
Step 6. Select a few products to include in your posts
