Paid apps are completely free to use on jailbroken iOS and Android devices if you don't download them from the Google Play Store. To access paid apps without spending a dime, you need to jailbreak iOS or install APK files on Android.
Steps
Method 1 of 3: Jailbreak iOS
Step 1. Go to the page of the Redsn0w jailbreak program

Step 2. Select your iOS device and its model from the drop-down menu
Step 3. Select the iOS version that is on the device

This will display the name of the software that can be used to jailbreak your device.

Step 7. Run the jailbreak program installation file
Step 8. Following the instructions on the screen, launch or install the jailbreak program on your computer
Step 9. Save the configuration of your iOS device via iCloud or iTunes
This will prevent data loss if the device is reset during a jailbreak.
Step 10. Connect your device to your computer using a USB / Lightning cable

Method 2 of 3: Installing APK Files on Android
Step 1. Open the main menu and select "Settings"
Step 2. Select "Security" and put a check mark next to the option "Unknown sources"

Step 1. Use a different USB port, USB / Lightning cable, if your computer or jailbreak software fails to detect your iOS device
