Paid apps are completely free to use on jailbroken iOS and Android devices if you don't download them from the Google Play Store. To access paid apps without spending a dime, you need to jailbreak iOS or install APK files on Android.
Steps
Method 1 of 3: Jailbreak iOS

Step 1. Go to the page of the Redsn0w jailbreak program

Step 2. Select your iOS device and its model from the drop-down menu

Step 1. Open the main menu and select "Settings"
