This article will show you how to mute someone on your Discord channel (on your Android phone or tablet).
Steps
Step 1. Launch Discord
The app icon looks like a white gamepad on a blue background. Typically, it can be found on the desktop or in the application menu.
Step 2. Tap ☰ in the upper left corner of the screen
Step 3. Select a server
Servers are listed on the left side of the screen.
Step 4. Select a channel
Step 5. Tap the list of participants
It's a white icon with two silhouettes in the upper right corner of the screen. You will see a list of all channel members.
Step 6. Tap the user you want to mute
Step 7. Move the Mute slider to the On position
". When the switch turns blue, you will no longer hear that user on the channel.
