In this article, we'll show you how to create a photo or video slideshow in TikTok. This can be done on an Android device or on an iPhone / iPad.
Steps
Method 1 of 3: How to Create a Video Slideshow
Step 1. Launch the TikTok app
Its icon looks like a white-blue-pink musical note on a black background. This icon is on the home screen or app drawer; it can also be found using the search bar.
Step 2. Tap the + symbol
You will find it at the bottom and center of the screen.
Step 3. Click Download
This option is marked with a square icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
Step 4. Tap Multiple
You will find this option in the lower left corner of the screen; it is marked with an icon in the form of two intersecting rectangles.
Step 5. Select the videos you want
To do this, tap the empty circle in the upper-right corner of the video thumbnail. Select clips in the order in which they will play in the slideshow.
Step 6. Click OK
You will find this option in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 7. Crop videos (optional)
To change the playing time of an added video, click Default, tap the video thumbnail at the bottom of the screen, and then move the red bars that are located on both sides of the video. Repeat this process to change the playing time of other clips.
To trim your video to music, tap Mus. synchronization
Step 8. Tap Next
It's in the upper-right corner of the screen. The videos will be combined into one slideshow that you can edit.
Step 9. Add stickers and effects (optional) and then click Next
This can be done using the icons at the bottom of the screen. Then click Next in the lower right corner of the screen.
- Tap the musical note icon to change the musical composition.
- Click the stopwatch icon to add transition effects.
- Click on the "A" -shaped icon to add text.
- Click on the three colored circles icon to select filters.
- Click the curled-up emoji icon to add stickers and emoji.
Step 10. Select your publishing options, and then click Publish
If you want, add a caption on the page and indicate who can view or comment on the slideshow. Then click Publish in the lower right corner of the screen.
Method 2 of 3: How to Create a Slideshow Based on a Photo Template
Step 1. Launch the TikTok app

Step 3. Click "Themes"
You will find this option at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4. Review the available templates
When you find the template you want, click "Select a photo".
Step 5. Select the photos to be added to the slideshow
To do this, tap the empty circle icon in the upper right corner of the photo. Select photos in the order in which they will open in the slideshow.
Depending on the selected template, only a certain number of photos can be added to the slideshow
Step 6. Tap OK
You will find this option in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 7. Add stickers and effects (optional), and then click Next

Method 3 of 3: How to Create a Classic Photo Slideshow
Step 1. Launch the TikTok app

Step 5. Select the photos you want
To do this, tap the empty circle icon in the upper right corner of the photo. Select images in the order in which they will open in the slideshow. You can select up to 12 pictures.
Step 6. Click Slideshow
You will find this option in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 7. Add stickers and effects (optional), and then click Next
This can be done using the icons at the bottom of the screen. Then click Next in the lower right corner of the screen.

- Click the square arrow icon to change the direction of the slideshow.
Step 8. Select your publishing options, and then click Publish
