This article will show you how to use Shazam directly from the Snapchat app to recognize the track you are playing and send it to your friends.
Steps

Step 1. Open the Snapchat app
Make sure you have the latest version available to have access to the latest features like Snapchat integration. Check the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android) for updates.
Shazam's workflow is the same for both apps

Step 2. Go to the camera screen if it is not already open
If you're on the Chat or Stories screen, tap the circle at the bottom of the Snapchat screen. This will take you to the camera screen.

Step 3. Make sure you hear the music well
Shazam works best when there is no background noise and the song can be heard clearly.

Step 4. Press and hold the camera screen
For best results, try not to flicker on the screen to avoid accidentally activating the Lenses function.
All this must be done before taking the picture

Step 5. Keep holding your finger on the screen until the screen vibrates
When Shazam starts scanning the music being played, two incomplete circles will start to rotate on the screen. It may take a few seconds for the program to recognize the song. When Shazam recognizes the song, the phone vibrates.

Step 6. Click Song Information to view more detailed information
This will open the song in a thumbnail version of the Shazam app, where you can listen to it or buy it.

Step 7. Tap and hold the More Info screen to take a photo
This will allow you to take a screenshot of the artist in Shazam, to which you can add a message and add filters, just like a regular screenshot. To listen to the song, recipients need to click on the "Listen" button.
