Steps
Step 1. Close the laptop completely and measure the width
This is the longest side of your laptop and you need to measure across from left to right.
Step 2. The next step is to measure the distance from the front of the laptop to the back to find the thickness
The back is the part where all the connectors of the laptop are usually found.
Step 3. With the laptop still closed, measure the laptop from the bottom to the top on either side of the laptop to find the height
Step 4. Open the laptop and measure the screen from the bottom left corner to the top right corner
Step 5. Typical measurements for a normal laptop are as follows

- 13.3 "PC laptop: 31.3cm x 22.5cm x 3.5cm (approx)
