Step 5. Release the "0" key when the recovery message appears on the screen
Step 6. Select the operating system running your Toshiba laptop
For example, if the laptop was running Windows 7, select "Windows 7".
Step 7. Confirm that you understand that restoring the laptop will erase all data from it
The Toshiba Recovery Wizard will appear on the screen.
