If you notice that the print quality has deteriorated, the printer begins to strip, text elements are not printed, when printing is completely or partially missing any color, then you need to start cleaning the print head.
Steps

1 You can start the cleaning process using a computer

2 Go to "Devices and Printers"

Step 3. Select the required printing device.

4 Open in the Print Settings menu the tab "Service

5 Find the option "Cleaning the print head" and click on it

6 And click on the icon
- After finishing head cleaning, the computer prompts you to print a nozzle test. Tip: Postpone printing for at least 40 minutes, then the nozzle test will show a more accurate cleaning result. If necessary, the procedure should be repeated.
- If you are using an all-in-one, head cleaning can be done using the LCD.

7 Select in the menu "Settings"

8 Point "Service"

9 Then select "Head Cleaning"

Step 10. Upon completion of cleaning, the device prompts you to print a nozzle test
Delay printing for at least 30 minutes.
If after several cleanings the problem persists, then contact the service center
