Not sure what to do with 5GB of iCloud storage? Here are some ideas.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Back up your iOS device data

Step 1. Set up an iCloud account
To do this, use the same Apple ID that you use on all your devices. If some of your devices (iOS, Mac, and PC) use a different Apple ID, change it.

Step 2. Log in to the iCloud service from each of your devices

Step 3. Connect your iOS device to your computer and open iTunes
In the "Devices" section, click the "Overview" tab and go to the "Backups" menu. Check the "Create a copy to iCloud" option. In the lower right corner, click Apply.
Method 2 of 2: Use Photo Stream
Photo Stream allows you to access all your photos anytime from any of your devices. Any photo you upload to Photo Stream is automatically sent to all your devices via cloud storage.

Step 1. Activate Photo Stream on your computer
Open the iCloud Control Panel (via the PC app or Mac's System Preferences) and tick the Photos checkbox. A My Photo Stream folder will be created on your computer.

Step 2. Enable Photo Stream on your iOS devices
Open Settings, click on the iCloud icon and log into your account if you are not already logged in. Select the "Photos" section and activate "My Photo Stream" using the switch. Your phone will now automatically save all the snapshots you take to the cloud storage.
