OS X Lion introduces a new application management feature called LaunchPad. Unfortunately, removing apps from LaunchPad is a complicated process. Removing apps purchased from the App Store is easy, but there are apps like Safari or Mail that the operating system won't allow to uninstall. To uninstall these applications, you will have to enter a few simple commands in the terminal.
