If you want to use keyboard layouts in different languages, but do not know how to change the layout, then read this article. There are several ways to change the keyboard layout in Windows 8 (you can choose the method that works best for you).
Steps
Method 1 of 3: Change the keyboard layout through the Charm settings

Step 1. Place the cursor on the left side of the screen; a gear icon is displayed (these are the Charm settings)

Step 2. Click the icon
The Keyboard option appears at the bottom of the screen.
Three letters (the abbreviation of the selected language) are displayed above the word "Keyboard", for example ENG

Step 3. Click on this option
A menu with other languages will appear on the screen. In this menu, select the language you want.
Method 2 of 3: Change the keyboard layout via the taskbar

Step 1. On the taskbar on the right, find the language bar indicator

Step 2. Click on it
A menu with other languages will appear on the screen. In this menu, select the language you want.
Method 3 of 3: Change the keyboard layout using a keyboard shortcut

Step 1. Press Windows + Spacebar to display menus in other languages
The following describes the process of changing the keyboard shortcut

Step 2. To change the keyboard shortcut, open the language bar
To do this, click "Control Panel" - "Clock, Language and Region" - "Language" - "Advanced Options" (left).
- Click Change Language Bar Keyboard Shortcut. A new window will open where you can change the keyboard shortcut to change the keyboard layout.
- Click Change Keyboard Shortcut.
- Choose a combination of the following options.
- Click OK.
