As a Windows user, you are probably familiar with the blue login window that opens every time you boot your computer. If you are the owner or manager of a company, you probably want your employees' computers to look more professional, and if you are a regular user, you most likely want to see something more interesting in the monitor than the standard blue screen; in these cases, change the background of the login window.
