This can be done by clicking on the Windows logo in the lower left corner of the screen.

It's in the lower-right corner of the screen. After that, Movie Maker should open.
If after pressing the button Accept Movie Maker will not start, go to the menu again Start, enter movie maker in the search box and click on the item again Movie Maker.
- Do not close the installation window until you open Movie Maker.
Step 11. Close the window for installing basic Windows components
When an error message appears in the installation window, just click on Close and confirm your choice. You can now use Windows Movie Maker.
- When Windows 10 is updated, you may find that Windows Movie Maker freezes or stops responding. Back up your files regularly.
- Windows Movie Maker is no longer supported by Microsoft, so the existing security problems and bugs will never be fixed. You can try Story Remix instead of this program.
