Learn how to change the sensitivity of the 3D Touch sensor on your iPhone or iPad. This sensor is only found on iPhone 6S and newer.
Steps

Step 1. Launch the Settings app

on the home screen.

Step 2. Scroll down the page and tap General

Step 3. Tap Accessibility
Accessibility settings will open.

Step 4. Press 3D Touch
3D Touch is only available on iPhone 6S and later. If you are using an older model, you will not find this option

Step 5. Flip the switch next to the 3D Touch option to the "Enable" position
This will activate this sensor. A slider appears under the switch that allows you to adjust the sensitivity of the sensor. The new sensitivity settings will be automatically saved.
Step 6. Move the slider in the "3D TOUCH Sensitivity" section to the "High", "Medium", "Low" positions
