Steps
Step 1. After completing your video, open File and "Render As
. "This will open the edit screen where you can select the edit options.
Step 2. Change "Template" to "8 Mbps HD 1080 - 30p Video
“That alone will convert the video to HD, but there are a few settings that need to be changed before getting the full HD effect.
Step 3. Change the Project Quality to Best
To do this, click "Custom …", then "Project". Change the Video Rendering Quality option to "Best" from there.
Step 4. Click "OK," then "Save," to start converting
It will take a little time, but the video quality is worth it.
