Google Chrome is one of the most popular browsers with a wide range of settings that allow users to customize it according to their preferences. In this browser, you can change the download parameters, for example, set the download folder.
Steps
Part 1 of 2: Opening the Settings

Step 1. Launch Google Chrome by clicking on its icon on the desktop or in the Start menu
The browser icon is a red-yellow-green circle with a blue circle in the center

Step 2. Open the browser menu by clicking on the button in the form of three parallel straight lines (in the upper right corner of the browser window)
Select "Settings" from the menu.

Step 3. In the tab that opens, click "Show advanced settings" (at the very end)

Step 4. Find the "Downloads" section

Part 2 of 2: Changing Download Options

Step 1. In the "Location of downloaded files" option, you can specify the path to the download folder (the folder into which the downloaded files are placed)
- If you want to change the default folder, click Change (to the right of the Download Location option). In the window that opens, find and select the desired folder, and then click OK.
- You can change the download folder if you share your computer with other people.

Step 2. The second option is "Request a location to save each file before uploading."
Check it if you want to save downloaded files in different folders. In this case, before each download, a window will open in which you can select the required folder.
Use this option if you are sorting downloaded files by type / content
