Sometimes we don't need the entire document, and some of them are so huge they don't fit on a flash drive. There may be only a few interesting pages in the document, so it's best to save them as a separate small PDF file.
Steps
Method 1 of 6: Using Acrobat Professional (Windows and macOS)

Step 1. Launch Adobe Acrobat Professional, and then open the desired PDF document

Step 2. Open the Pages panel on the left of the Acrobat window
This panel displays thumbnails (small images) of the pages of the PDF document.

Step 3. Move the pages
In the Pages panel, move the thumbnails of the pages you want to extract so that they are next to each other.
- For example, if you want to retrieve the first and third pages, move the third page thumbnail up so that a blue bar appears above the second page thumbnail to indicate where the dragged page will be positioned.
- The third page will now be located immediately after the first.

Step 4. Open the Document menu, click the Pages icon, and then click Checkout
You can also right-click on any page to open this menu.
The Extract Pages window appears

Step 5. Specify the page range
If the Extract Pages window displays the wrong page range, enter the range you want.

Step 6. Change the settings
If you want the retrieved pages to be removed from the original document, check the box next to "Remove pages after retrieval."
To save each page you extract as a separate file, select the check box next to Extract pages to separate files. Otherwise, all retrieved pages will be saved in one file

Step 7. Click on "OK"
The program will extract the required pages and save them in a new PDF document.

Step 8. Save and close the new document
You can enter a name for the new file and select a folder to save it, and then return to the original document. Click “Save” to save the file as PDF, or click “Save As” to choose from a variety of formats, such as PDF, PNG, JPEG, Word, and so on.

Step 9. Restore the original file
If the extracted pages have not been removed from the original document, and you want to arrange the pages the way they were, open the File menu and choose Revert. Otherwise, save the modified document as usual.

Step 4. Open the required PDF document
Do this in any PDF viewer. Now open the Print window and select the pages you want. You can also specify a page range in the "Range" line.

Step 5. Open the menu with available printers
