Sometimes there is so much data on an Excel worksheet that it is inconvenient to print it. Therefore, you can print a specific area of the table; to do this, select the cells, open the print settings and select the "Print selection" option. Likewise, you can print specific sheets of an Excel workbook. You can also change the format of the printable area before opening the print menu.
