Your smile is the final touch to your appearance! In this article, we'll show you how to achieve a beautiful smile that will increase your self-confidence and overall attractiveness.
Steps

Step 1. Brush your teeth at least twice a day for two minutes
Brush your teeth gently. Squeeze a pea-sized paste onto your toothbrush.

Step 2. Use mouthwash to kill bacteria
Pour a small amount of mouthwash into the cap. It usually has a measuring line on it, but if there is none, fill the cap to about 1/4 of its full volume. Then pour the liquid into your mouth and rinse; be careful not to swallow it as it may make you feel unwell.

Step 3. Floss
It doesn't really matter what type of thread you have, the main thing is its efficiency. Make sure you clean all the areas between your teeth to get rid of any food debris.

Step 4. Eat healthy food
Eating sweets every day is harmful to both your body and teeth. Acids and sugars from foods can erase enamel. As always, brush your teeth after meals and try to eat sweets in moderation.

Step 5. Don't drink too much juice
The acids in orange juice, apple juice, etc. can wear off your enamel over time. When you are drinking juice, it is a good idea to fill the glass 1/4 to 1/3 full of juice and the rest with water; it is good for both your health and your teeth.

Step 6. You may want to consider placing records or braces if you have not already done so
The plates will help you avoid grinding your teeth at night. If your teeth are not as straight as you would like, then braces should be considered. While they can be quite costly and painful at times, with the finances in place, the end result is worth it.

Step 7. Smile
What's the point in all this work if you never even smile?:)

Step 8. Don't brush your teeth too hard
This cleaning will only erase the enamel.

Step 9. Clean your gums and tongue
Gently brushing your gums will help prevent gingivitis. Cleaning your tongue will help get rid of bad yellow plaque and bad breath.

Step 10. See your dentist
You should visit your dentist every 6 months. As well as daily brushing to remove plaque and tartar that you cannot remove on your own, your dentist will also check your teeth for holes and other imperfections. We know that going to the dentist is not the funniest thing in the world, but with proper care of your teeth, the overall experience will be much more pleasant. Remember: the dentist is your FRIEND.

Step 11. Not all teeth are pearly white, even if you take proper care of them
If you are still not satisfied with the shade of your teeth, then you probably need to consider a whitening toothpaste / mouthwash, whitening strips or professional teeth whitening treatment.
Advice
- Don't wet your toothpaste; this can make the fluoride more dilute.
- The sooner you seek dental care, the better, so get started as soon as possible!
- Visit your dentist more often!
- If your teeth are uneven, visit an orthodontist to see if braces are needed. Choose the cutest colors of the rubber strips and staples as possible.
- Tell your dentist if you feel something is wrong; don't wait for the problem to go away on its own.
Warnings
- Even healthy foods like apples can wear away enamel. This is a natural process. Remember to brush your teeth after eating to minimize damage.
- Do not swallow mouthwash. This can lead to blindness, fainting, and other troubles. If you swallow a mouthwash, call a toxicologist and rinse your mouth out with water.
