A balanced breakfast is important because it can energize your day, boost your thought processes, and keep you from feeling hungry until lunchtime. In addition, research shows that people who start their day with a wholesome breakfast are generally thinner than those who don't. Obviously, breakfast is considered the most important meal for a reason!
Steps

Step 1. Make muesli or oatmeal more nutritious
Slice or halve different berries, such as blueberries, strawberries, bananas, or add raisins. Pour skim milk or low-fat milk over the porridge instead of high-fat milk or chocolate milk. Also, try to eat whole grain cereals rather than sugary cereals.

Step 2. Try to eat at least 100 grams of fresh fruit for breakfast
Papaya, mango, melon, or oranges are the most popular fruits and go with almost any breakfast. Be sure to wash and peel the fruit before eating.

Step 3. Add vegetables to the omelet
There are many different types of omelettes with peppers, onions, mushrooms, and other vegetables. After removing the skillet from the heat, place a few slices of cheese on top of the omelet to make it even more delicious. This is a good idea for ovolacto vegetarians. Drink juices that are high in calcium, such as orange juice.
Choose juices with 100% fruit instead of attractive packaging.

Step 4. Don't get carried away with baking
Anything sweet and sugary that goes well with a cup of coffee often doesn't fit the definition of a healthy breakfast. Keep in mind that most desserts contain empty calories, so it's better to eat a bagel or English muffin instead of a cinnamon roll.
Advice
- If you don't have time for a full breakfast, get up early so you can eat at least yogurt, and not run into a coffee shop on your way to work. Coffee and other caffeinated foods can dull hunger cravings before lunch, but may not provide the body with the nutrients it needs.
- Having a stock of nutritious breakfast bars and bananas can help with the chuckle! But don't eat the muesli bars - they are 55% sugar.
- If you eat pancakes, toast, or waffles for breakfast and sprinkle syrup over them, try to reduce the amount. Syrups are over 65% sugar and are completely non-nutritious. Better yet, use pure maple syrup. It is healthier and tastier!
