This article will show you how to watch DVDs on a Windows computer using VLC media player. Windows 10 currently doesn't have a built-in program that plays DVDs, but you can download the free VLC media player and watch DVDs in it. If your computer doesn't have an optical drive, buy an internal or external DVD drive.
Steps
Part 1 of 3: How to Install VLC

Step 1. Go to the VLC download page in your web browser
