Apple ID is used to gain access to virtually all Apple products. You need it to make purchases in iTunes and the App Store, and your Apple ID also gives you access to iCloud and a backup service for your device. It only takes a couple of minutes to create an Apple ID and it's completely free. Read on to find out how to get it.
Steps
Method 1 of 3: Using a website
Step 1. Open the page with the creation of Apple ID
A simple search query with the words "Apple ID" will take you directly to the desired page. Click on the "Create Apple ID" button. Creating an Apple ID is free.
Step 2. Enter your main email address
To create an Apple ID, you need to enter your real email address. It will be used as a contact address and will also become your Apple ID. When starting a service that requires an Apple ID, you will enter your address and password that you will create.
Step 3. Create a strong password
Your ID will contain many purchases, as well as information about all of your Apple devices. Make sure the password is strong enough by adding numbers and symbols to it.
Step 4. Enter your security question and your date of birth
They are used if you suddenly forget your password and want to create a new one. Apple uses this information to verify your identity before sending you a new password.
Step 5. Enter your name and address
Apple requires this information for all purchases made from your account. Your email address lets the company know where people are using their products from.
Step 6. Opt out of the newsletter
Apple will automatically send you news of new products and updates to the email address provided. If you do not need this, then uncheck the corresponding checkbox.
Step 7. Enter the captcha
Enter the characters from the picture. If you are unable to read them, then click on the "Show another image" button to get a new picture, or "Say aloud" to hear what is written on the image.
Step 8. Read and agree to the license agreement
Before creating an Apple ID, you must agree to the terms of service and privacy policy. If you have read them and agree with them, then check the box. Click the Create Apple ID button. You will receive a message to confirm the creation of your Apple ID.
When creating an account via the website, you do not need to enter additional payment information. Once you log into iTunes with it, you will need to enter your credit card and billing address information
Method 2 of 3: Using an iPhone or iPad
Step 1. Open the Settings app
Scroll down and select iTunes Store, App Store. If you already have an Apple ID, then click the Sign out button.
Step 2. Click Create New Apple ID
You will be prompted to select the store where you create your account. Choose a store that suits your location. Click Finish to confirm and then Next.
Step 3. Read the Terms of the License Agreement
You can also email them to yourself. To do this, enter your valid email address and click Submit. Click Agree to continue, and then Agree again.
Step 4. Enter your email address
This address will become your Apple ID. You will use it to access Apple services. Create a strong password as your account will contain a lot of personal and financial information.
You will need three security questions to recover your password in the future, in case you forget it
Step 5. Enter your billing information
Select your credit card type and enter the required information. You will also need to enter a valid billing address.
If you scroll down to the bottom of the credit card section, you will see a “No” option there and you can skip the payments section. You will not be able to purchase anything without providing your credit card information
Step 6. Verify your account
After creating it, you will receive a confirmation message by e-mail. The letter will contain a link that you need to follow to activate your account. Click on it and enter your new Apple ID and password for activation.
Method 3 of 3: Using iTunes
Step 1. Open iTunes
Select the Store menu. Select Create Apple ID from the Store menu. In the next pop-up window, click Continue.
Step 2. Read and agree to the license agreement
Once you read it, check the box and click Agree.
Step 3. Enter your details
You will need to enter an email address that will become your Apple ID. You will enter your Apple ID whenever you want to use Apple services. You will need to enter a good and secure password. It must contain at least 8 characters, letters and numbers.
You will also need to create a security question and enter your date of birth in case you lose your password and want to recover it
Step 4. Decide if you need an Apple newsletter
At the bottom of the list there are two checkboxes that are selected by default. If you do not want to receive the newsletter, uncheck the boxes.
Step 5. Enter your credit card information
Select the type of your card, enter the number and billing address. If you are not going to link the card to your account, just select "No". You will need to enter your credit card information if you are shopping in the App Store, but you will not need a card to download free apps.
Step 6. Verify your account
Click Finish to create your Apple ID. You will receive an email containing a link to activate your account. Once you confirm your email, you can freely use your new Apple ID for Apple services.

- Creating an account via the website does not require entering your credit card information, however, if you cannot use the iTunes store until you enter it.
