Here's a simple step-by-step guide on how to email files to other people.
Steps

Step 1. Open your email program

Step 2. On the left, click the Create button

Step 3. Enter the email address of the person you want to send the file to in the "To" field

Step 4. Enter the email subject in the Subject field

Step 5. Find the Paperclip icon on the toolbar

Step 6. Left-click on the "Paperclip" icon

Step 7. Left-click on "Browse"

Step 8. Find the file you want to send

Step 9. Double-click the left mouse button on the file you want to send

Step 10. The Browse window should close and you will be returned to your email

Step 11. Look under the Subject field
You should see an icon for the file you want to send with the name and size.

Step 12. Enter the email text as usual

Step 13. Check the URL, subject and attachment again to make sure everything is correct

Step 14. Left-click on "Submit"
Advice
- You can repeat steps five through eleven if you want to send multiple files.
- If you do not see the file icon under the Subject field, repeat steps five through eleven. If the icon still does not appear, please contact your email tech support.

- If you don't find the Paperclip icon on the toolbar, look at the top for the Paste option. Left-click "Insert" and find "File" in the drop-down menu. Left-click on "File" and follow the guidelines outlined above.

Warnings
- While this is possible in Outlook, try not to drag and drop files into the message body.
- There are many email programs available. You can find some differences between your program and the instructions above.
- Most e-mail programs and / or Internet service providers have a limitation on the amount of information that can be sent in one letter. In most cases, this is one megabyte (1 MB).
- Don't confuse "amount of information" and "number of files". One 1MB file is the same as ten 100KB files.
