So that the roof does not leak and the ceiling does not deteriorate during wind and rain, it is important to replace the shingles if they are cracked, broken or disappeared. If only a few shingles are involved, you can quickly fix the problem yourself.
The cost of replacing shingles can be high and will vary depending on the company you choose to use. But what most people overlook is that once you find the right shingles and have a decent ladder, you can replace them yourself with minimal effort.
Steps

Step 1. Choose the right shingles as there is a wide range of different roofing tiles for sale
The most common are terracotta and cement tiles.
You need to make sure that the shingles are exactly the same type as the others, otherwise, even if you try to replace them, nothing will work out and damage will not be avoided. When in doubt, take one shingle with you as a sample to your hardware store, where a member of staff will help you determine the correct type

Step 2. Climb onto the roof
Only climb if you are confident that you can do so safely using a stable ladder and perhaps even using safety ropes to hedge against a fall, particularly from a slippery roof or one with a steep slope. If you are afraid of heights or doubt that you can safely climb onto the roof, invite the masters. Falling from the roof can be fatal.

Step 3. After you have safely reached the broken shingles, you need to slightly lift the shingles that overlap the top to be replaced
Support them with two bars. After that, use a trowel to lift the supported shingles and remove the broken one.

Step 4. Place the new shingles on the trowel and reverse
Try to place the overlapping tiles back in place.

Step 5. Make sure the shingles are secure and not touching any other shingles nearby
If you live in an area with strong winds, then you will need to reinforce the shingles with nails or wire. Check the quality of the fixed tiles.

Step 6. Before you descend, inspect the roof again for potential damage
It will not be superfluous to make sure that all the tiles are reliable, and suddenly some of them also need to be replaced.
