Step 1. Wipe the puddle
Use an absorbent cloth and blot the liquid. Step 2. Use a cleaning agent.
Some of the options that you can use are:
- Pet urine cleaner. There are many options available at pet stores.
- Hydrogen peroxide. Spray with 3% hydrogen peroxide and let sit for a few minutes. Blot dry with a clean cloth.
- Strong mixture of hydrogen peroxide. Mix 3% hydrogen peroxide with a little dish soap and a little baking soda. Spray the mixture, let it sit for a few minutes, then blot dry.
- White vinegar. Make a solution of warm water with 25-30% vinegar. Spray the mixture, let it sit for a few minutes, then blot dry.
