Hard work and sweat spoil your white shirts? Rather open the medicine cabinet and grab regular aspirin - it will help to quickly remove stains. Keep in mind that this method will not work for all types of sweat stains, as different deodorants have different compositions.
Steps

Step 1. Crush three to four aspirin tablets
The tablets can be crushed with a mortar and pestle. You can also put them in a tight bag and grind them to powder using a rolling pin, glass or other handy tool.
- It is best to use high dosage aspirin.
- You can also put the aspirin in a folded piece of paper, which may be even more convenient than a bag.

Step 2. Mix aspirin powder with water
Transfer the aspirin powder to a glass or bowl of warm water. Wait for all the particles to dissolve. If the powder doesn't dissolve, just add more warm water.

Step 3. Soak things in this water
Soak the sweat stain in warm water and aspirin. Leave it on for at least five minutes, preferably one to two hours, especially if the stains are significant.
You can also pour aspirin water into a spray bottle. Simply shake the bottle for 30 seconds and then spray water onto the sweat stain so that the stained fabric is completely saturated

Step 4. Rub in the aspirin paste
For best results, crush two to three more aspirin tablets. This time, you only need to add a few drops of water to make the aspirin powder thick enough. Rub this paste over the stain and let sit for another five minutes.
The paste should be moist enough so that there are no pieces or lumps of dry powder left anywhere, but be careful not to add too much water - the paste should not be liquid

Step 5. Wash your clothes as usual
Wash your clothes in cold or warm water as usual. Be aware that aspirin may be less effective in hot water. Check if the stain is gone. If not, try repeating the procedure and then wash again.
If you have hard water in your area, it may affect the wash result. Add baking soda to soften the water
Advice
- The main ingredient in aspirin, salicylic acid, works in the same way as vinegar, lemon juice, and boric acid.
- Soak the garment until the sweat stains come off for satisfying results.
