To dry off well after showering or bathing, it is advisable to use two towels: one for the head, the other for the body. It is also nice to have a warm terry robe in which you can wrap yourself up after taking water treatments (this is especially true in cold weather).
Steps

1 Prepare towels (or one towel) before going to the bath.
If you have very long hair, then you will most likely need an extra hair towel. Hang a bathrobe and towel on the heated towel rail - the main thing is that you can easily reach them later.
2 Take a shower and wash your hair. Squeeze the hair lightly with your hands - you do not need to twist it too much, as the hair may start to frizz.
3 Quickly run your hands along your body, arms and legs - this will remove some of the water from your skin. At the same time, movements should be as fast as possible.
4 If you have long body hair, also move your hand against the growth of the hair to remove any water trapped between the hair and the body. 5 Take one towel, wrap it around your hair and twist it around your head - you should have something like a turban. 6 Use the second towel to dry your body. Wrap a towel around your back, wipe your hands and feet, and exit the shower stall.
7 If you are a man, be sure to dry your pubic area - this measure is necessary to prevent ulcers. 8 After you dry your skin, put on a robe and start drying your hair. 9 If you want to keep your skin from drying out, use a moisturizer or lotion.
