Wholemeal crunchy cookies (Graham crackers) with fruit are a popular Filipino dessert. It is also called "Fruit Cocktail". This dessert is not difficult to prepare.   • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 65 g (½ cup) confectionery sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 500 ml (2 cups) heavy cream
  • 200 g fruit cocktail without syrup
