Bacon is traditionally made from long strips of pork belly used in various dishes and cuisines. Especially, it is a joy and delicious treat for breakfast. Bacon can be cooked in a variety of ways, but frying bacon is the traditional method. See the steps below for more information.

Step 1. Collect the food

Do not defrost it in the microwave, and do not cook it if it is frozen. The bag of bacon can be thawed more quickly in room temperature water if needed.

Step 3. Heat a skillet over high heat

Step 7. For extra crispy bacon, reduce heat to low and cook longer in a skillet with a thick layer of fat
OR, transfer skillet to oven and cook at 150 ° C for about 1/2 hour. This method works great and is suitable for large batches.

Step 8. When the bacon is the desired doneness, transfer each piece to a plate covered with paper towels or newspaper
