Most ceiling fans are very easy to remove by unscrewing a few screws on the fan casing closer to the ceiling.
Steps

Step 1. Always disconnect the power supply to the fan in the electrical panel before working on electrical appliances

Step 2. Unscrew all bulbs and remove all shades from the fan

Step 3. Use a screwdriver to remove the fan blades
If you plan to reinstall this fan, place all parts in the marked bags or envelopes.

Step 4. Remove the screws that secure the fan casing to the ceiling
One is usually screwed into the rotating part of the fan, the other is usually screwed directly into the electrical box.

Step 5. If possible, have someone hold the fan as you unscrew it from the ceiling
Once you remove the fan, you will see 2 or 3 wires that connect the fan to the electrical box. Unplug / unscrew the wires to disconnect the fan from the electrical box.

Step 6. Very often there is a special retaining chain that is attached to the beam and the fan clings to it
If there is, remove the fan from this chain.

Step 7. Screw the screw back into the wire connection to cover the exposed wires

Step 8. Attached to the electrical box is a metal mount on which the fan hung
Unscrew it from the electrical box.
