Do you want to use Facebook? First you need to register. If you have an account, you can log into your Facebook profile from any computer or mobile device from anywhere in the world. Skip to step 1 to find out how.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Using a computer
Step 1. Open your Facebook page
Use a web browser and go to the Facebook home page. If you are not logged in yet, you will see a welcome window.
Step 2. Enter your email address
The email field is located in the upper right corner of the screen. Enter the email address you used to create your Facebook account.
- If you don't have a Facebook account yet, create one.
- If you have a phone number associated with your account, then you can log in using it.
Step 3. Enter your password
You will need to enter the password you created to login. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot your password” link below the login field.
Step 4. Choose if you want to stay logged in
If you are using your own computer, you can check the “Stay online” box. This will bypass the login process in the future and take you directly to your news feed. If you are sharing a computer or a computer in a public place, do not check this box for privacy reasons.
Step 5. Click “Login”
You will be redirected directly to your news feed. If you have two-step verification enabled, then you will need to enter the code sent by Facebook to your phone.
Method 2 of 2: Using mobile devices
Step 1. Download the Facebook app
Almost all smartphones and tablets offer the ability to download the Facebook app through their respective app stores. This app will allow you to log into Facebook without using a browser.

Step 2. Open the app
Find an app on the home screen and tap on it to open it.
Step 3. Enter your email address and password
When you open the app for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your email address and password. Use the email address you used to create your Facebook account. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot your password” link below the login field and follow the further instructions to create a new one.
The next time you open the app, you will be logged in automatically. If you do not want to stay logged in, you will need to log out of the application in the menu
Step 4. Click “Login”
You are logged into your Facebook account!
