Want to upload your iPhone photos to Facebook? Facebook is a handy and free app for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad that makes this easy. Read our tutorial to learn how to quickly and easily upload photos from your device to Facebook.
Steps
Method 1 of 3: Facebook Chronicle

Step 1. Click on the button in the upper left corner
A menu should appear on the left. If you scroll down, you will find the "Photos" option. Click on it.

Step 2. Click on the plus sign in the upper right corner to add a new photo
You will be prompted to take a new photo / video, select a photo from the iPhone library, or create a new album.
- When you take a new photo, click on the button with the camera image below. After you have taken a new photo, you can choose "Reshoot" or "Use" the photo.

By default, the photos you take with your device are in the Camera Roll folder, and the Photo Library folder contains the photos you imported from your computer. After opening the album, select a photo.

Step 3. Tag people in the photo
If the photo contains several people who are your Facebook friends, click on the place on the photo where they are. Enter their names in the search bar and select them. They will be marked on the photo. You can also mark other people or objects by simply entering any text.

Step 4. Add information about the photo
Enter your comment in the "Write a comment" field. There are buttons that let you specify who was with you and the location where the photo was taken. You can change your photo and set privacy options.

Step 5. Click Share
Your photo will now be available on Facebook for you and your friends.
Method 2 of 3: Alternative
These steps will show you how to post a photo to your Chronicle or your friend's Chronicle. This option works on all devices using the Facebook iPhone app or similar app, including iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch.

Step 1. Launch the Facebook app

Step 2. Find a friend on your profile or using the search bar

Step 3. Scroll down the page until you find the Status, Photos, and Subscribe panel
Click on "Photos".

Step 4. You can take a new photo / video or upload a photo
Choose one of the options.

Step 5. Once you have selected the image you want to upload, click on it or on the "Use" button if you just took a photo
Click Attach and wait for the download to finish.

Step 6. Edit your photo
You can tag people, report where the photo was taken, and set privacy options.

Step 7. Click Share
Method 3 of 3: Uploading a New Photo Album (Facebook App)

Step 1. Launch the Facebook app

Step 2. Go to your profile

Step 3. Click on the Photos block

Step 4. Click on the plus sign in the upper right corner, and select New Album from the menu that appears

Step 5. Enter a name for the album and its description
Click Create.

Step 6. Click on Albums when you return to the Photos page

Step 7. Select the album you created

Step 8. Click on the plus button

Step 9. You can take a new photo / video or upload a photo
Choose one of the options.

Step 10. Once you have selected the image you want to upload, click on it or on the "Use" button if you just took a photo
Click Attach and wait for the download to finish. Step 11. Unfortunately, you can only add one photo at a time.
Continue adding photos until you have added all the photos you want to the album.
Advice
- If you are connected to the Internet on your device, you can go to the App Store. Search for Facebook and open the app page. Download the app by clicking on the "Free" button.
- There is no need to upload photos one by one to Facebook after you have taken a photo. You can download them from the Camera Roll folder later.
- You can upload your photos to the Chronicle by selecting the photo section on the News Feed screen.
