Steps
Method 1 of 2: Windows
Step 1. Turn on the mobile hotspot
If you are using an Android device or iPhone as a hotspot, turn it on now.
Step 2. Click the icon
You will find it on the taskbar next to the clock (in the lower right corner of the screen). A list of available wireless networks will open.
If your computer is not connected to a network, a * is displayed in the upper left corner of this icon
Step 3. Click on the name of the access point
A number of options will be displayed.
Step 4. Click Connect
If the access point is protected by a password, enter it.
- For the computer to automatically connect to the selected access point (when available), select the checkbox next to "Connect automatically".
- If you do not need to enter a password, it is most likely a public network. But some of these networks (for example, in cafes or airports) require additional steps. In your web browser, enter the address www.ya.ru - if a page opens asking you to accept the rules or create an account, follow the instructions on the screen to access the Internet. If the Yandex home page opens, go to the next step.
Step 5. Enter your password and click Next
If you entered the correct password, the computer will connect to the Internet through the selected access point.
Method 2 of 2: macOS
Step 1. Turn on the mobile hotspot
If you are using an Android device or iPhone as a hotspot, turn it on now.

Step 3. Select the desired access point
If it's your smartphone, tap its name. Now enter your password.
